In-Home Boarding Terms and Conditions

Jack-Son Signature, LLC commits to providing in-home boarding and related pet care services with reliability, compassion, and trust. By accepting these services, the client agrees to release Jack-Son Signature, LLC, its owners, employees, and representatives from any and all claims related to the care, transportation, or handling of their pet(s).
The client agrees to notify Jack-Son Signature, LLC of any concerns within 24 hours of service completion and to settle all charges prior to the start of services, unless alternative payment arrangements have been explicitly agreed upon in writing.
A $45 fee will be charged for any returned checks, in addition to applicable bank fees.
Jack-Son Signature, LLC will take reasonable precautions to prevent illness, injury, escape, loss, or death of the client’s pet(s); however, the company is not liable for such events.
The client affirms that all pets under this agreement are up to date on vaccinations in accordance with local, state, and federal laws. In the event of illness or injury, Jack-Son Signature, LLC will contact Client’s Veterinary. If no such Veterinary is provided, the company will act in the pet’s best interest and attempt to contact the client and a local veterinarian. The client is responsible for all related transportation and medical costs.
The client agrees to assume full responsibility for any harm or injury their pet(s) may cause to employees, other individuals, or animals, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Jack-Son Signature, LLC in such cases.
Jack-Son Signature, LLC reserves the right to terminate this agreement if a pet is deemed dangerous or poses a safety risk. Alternate care arrangements will be made at the client’s expense.
The client authorizes Jack-Son Signature, LLC to enter their home for service purposes and, in the event of lock malfunctions, authorizes the company to contact a locksmith if necessary. The client agrees to reimburse any associated costs.
The company is not liable for theft, burglary, or other crimes occurring during the service period. The client is responsible for ensuring their home is properly secured before departure and must report any known issues with locks or doors in writing before the start of service.
In case of emergency, severe weather, or natural disaster, Jack-Son Signature, LLC may adjust or reschedule services as needed to prioritize pet and property safety.
The client will provide all necessary food, medications, and supplies for their pet(s). Any additional items purchased by Jack-Son Signature, LLC on the client's behalf will be reimbursed.
Additional Animal Care:
Any care provided for animals beyond the primary dog(s) must be pre-approved and clearly outlined in the client’s intake form. Only animals explicitly listed and paid for will receive care. The client is responsible for providing all necessary supplies and detailed instructions. Jack-Son Signature, LLC is not liable for the well-being of any animal not disclosed in writing prior to the start of service.
Unpaid balances beyond 14 days will incur a 37% weekly late fee until paid in full.
These terms apply only to the pets listed in the original estimate or invoice. No additional animals will be cared for unless they are paid for in advance and listed in writing. This includes any new pets added after this agreement is accepted.
By checking the box below, the client confirms their understanding and agreement to these terms and enters into a binding service contract with Jack-Son Signature, LLC.
