By scheduling a free consultation with Jack-Son Signature, LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Up-to-Date Vaccinations: All dogs must be up to date on human safety vaccinations prior to Brandy's visit. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that their dog(s) have received the necessary vaccinations to prevent the spread of disease. Home Safety: Your home should be free of any health or tripping hazards for Brandy. This includes ensuring that there are no visible dog fluids, such as feces, urine, or vomit, within the home to ensure Brandy's safety during the consultation. Any hazards such as loose wires, slippery floors, or sharp objects should be addressed prior to Brandy's visit. Proper Restraint for Aggressive, Nipping, or Jumping Dogs: If your dog has aggressive, biting, or jumping tendencies, it is imperative that they are properly restrained to prevent any harm to Brandy. This may include the use of a muzzle or leash, as deemed necessary by Jack-Son Signature, LLC. Responsibility for Injuries: In the event that Brandy is injured due to negligence on the part of the client or their family, the client will be held responsible for any and all hospital fees incurred as a result of the injury. Additionally, a danger claim fee of $500.00 will be assessed to cover any damages or liabilities. In cases where Brandy deems it appropriate to assess the dog's true nature by allowing them to roam freely, the client will not be held responsible for any harm caused to Brandy under these circumstances. Additional Conditions: Any history of aggressive behavior towards humans or other animals should be disclosed prior to the consultation. Additionally, clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their dog's behavior and medical history to ensure the continued safety of Brandy. By proceeding with the free consultation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with any of the above conditions may result in the cancellation of the consultation. COVID-19 & Common Illness Protocol Cancellation Policy: If you or anyone in your household has experienced symptoms of illness or tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 14 days, please notify us immediately. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your consultation to prioritize the health and safety of both parties. No cancellation fees will be applied in such circumstances. Your cooperation in adhering to this policy is appreciated. Failure to comply may result in the inability to schedule any future services with Jack-Son Signature.
